There is an old saying “Eat good, feel good”, probably the quote was written by someone who was enjoying a ripe yellow Banana. Yes, it is one fruit which is known to naturally elevate your mood. Banana is loaded with micro and macro nutrients and is rich in potassium, magnesium, and vitamins. In addition to it, ironically, Bananas are known to contain high sugar content and we all know that sugar in any form is never good for health. So, what should we do, munch on that banana next time or not?

Advantages of eating Bananas:
